In order to secure one of our rental properties, you’ll need to reserve the property with the equivalent of one weeks rent as the reservation fee before we take the offer to the landlord. The reservation fee is refundable if the offer is not agreed but is not refundable once the offer is agreed, as set out in the confirmation to let, signed by the lead tenant. The reservation fee is deducted from the tenancy move in monies (rent and deposit) and will be detailed as a credit on your account.
The first months rent is to be paid in advance at the start of the tenancy, along with 6=5 weeks deposit, which will be held in a government approved scheme.
