We charge a referencing fee of £120.00 per tenant inclusive of VAT.

In order to secure one of our rental properties, you’ll need to reserve the property with a £500.00 reservation fee before we take the offer to the landlord. The £500.00 is refundable if the offer is not agreed but is not refundable once the offer is agreed, as  set out in the confirmation to let, signed by the lead tenant. The £500.00 reservation fee is deducted from the tenancy move in monies. So the only fees you will pay, is the £120.00, per tenant, reference fee, once we start the references.

The first months rent is to be paid in advance at the start of the tenancy, along with 6 weeks deposit, which will be held in a government approved scheme.

Tenants pay for a professional check out at the end of the let, charged at £120.00 including VAT per property.
