TOP 5 THINGS TO LOOK FOR IN AN ESTATE AGENT

1. Do they live locally themselves?

 

 

Local knowledge is power and if your agents live in the area they will be well versed in all the comings and going of an area. This is invaluable when it comes to making a sale. 2. Are the fees fair and transparent?
